“Lost Villages” of the St. Lawrence

The Cape Vincent Arts Council hosts a talk about the Lost Villages, ten communities in Ontario, Canada that were permanently submerged when the St. Lawrence Seaway was created in 1958. The talk by historian and author Jim Brownell is on Wednesday, August 6 in Cape Vincent.
