Better Festival Returns to Redwood August 29

Better Festival is slated from 2-9 p.m. Saturday, August 29, at Better Farm in Redwood, New York. The annual fundraiser supports betterArts, a local nonprofit increasing access to the arts in the North Country through the provision of free and low-cost workshops, artist residencies, performances, and cultural events. BetterArts also owns and operates Better Radio, broadcasting 24/7 terrestrially on 88.5 FM and online at betterradio.airtime.pro. Learn more about the work betterArts is doing here.

This year’s event features a gallery showcasing the work of local artists, a silent auction, a cash bar, food pavilion, and musical performances by Berkstar, Sophistafunk, and others. Campsites are available on Hipcamp.
