Get ready — Santa is coming to the Thousand Islands!

Join the fun on Sunday, December 7, 2025, as the 1000 Islands River Santa arrives in Clayton at 12 PM! The event will be held at Frink Park Pavilion & Clayton Opera House. Bring the kids (ages 12 & under) for gifts, activities, food, drinks, and holiday cheer! It’s a magical North Country tradition you won’t want to miss. This event is brought to you by the Clayton Rotary Club and the Public and Youth Improvement Team (PAYIT) — helping spread joy to local children and families all season long.

The 1000 Islands River Santa Festival is driven by a deep commitment to the community, operating as a 100% volunteer-run and donation-funded
charitable effort to ensure every dollar directly supports those in need. The festival's core mission is to guarantee that every child aged 12 and under who attends receives a thoughtfully chosen, age and gender-specific Christmas gift.
Furthermore, the charitable impact extends significantly beyond the holiday presents, as the funds raised also provide crucial support for vital local nonprofits, including the Backpack Programs that deliver essential food assistance to children
in Northern New York schools.
